Hello, I would like to undestand your system:
my websites gain more than 3500 points, my campaingn spend around 300/400, but my account balance is zero.
How to explain this?
please reply me, I was also submitting a ticket with no answer.

The "points received" on the site "Your websites" shows how much points you earned overall. On the site "Your campaign" you see the monthly costs.
